OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL SERVICE UNIT


The main functions of the
Occupational Medical Service (OMS) are:

1. Development of measures for avoiding and
reduction of risks to health and safety of
employees in the workplace.

2. Screening of employees state of health
and its analyzing with respect to the
working conditions.

3. Training of employees and persons in charge
on the rules for protection of health and safety
at work. OMS is at the disposal of the employers
in serving their employees in compliance with
the requirements of the Health and Safety at
Work Act /State Gazette No.124 / 1997/.
