OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL SERVICE UNIT AT MEDICO LTD.


Full medical service under agreement, comprising of all obligatory activities
pursuant to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Ordinance ¹ 14 of
the Ministry of Health dated August 7, 1998 /State Gazette No.95 of 1998/


Functions and tasks of the Occupational Medical Service:

1. Assessment of workplaces and work environment, provided by the employer.
Risk assessment of workplaces.

    1.1. Inspection of work premises and identification of the scope
    of the risk factors to be evaluated for each workplace.

    1.2. Provide for the specialized measurement of work environment
    for different workplaces.

    1.3. Evaluation of the labour hygiene conditions of work process,
    equipment, premises, workplaces, labour and work process organization,
    work environment factors so that staff at risk is identified.

    1.4. Workplaces risk assessment.

    1.5. Development of identification cards for overall assessment of
    work environment.

    Overall assessment of risk to health and safety of employees in
    compliance with the requirements of the Health and Safety at
    Work Act /State Gazette No.124 / 1997/ and Ordinance ¹ 5 of
    May 11, 1999 on the manner, procedure and periodicity of risk
    assessment (State Gazette No.47 / 21.05.1999)

2. Development and proposal of measures for the improvement of work
environment and elimination /reduction/ of risks to employees’ health.

3. Supervision of the staff health status related to the work done.

4. Development and maintenance of employees’ personal health files.

5. Providing training to employees in compliance with a schedule
agreed with the company management.

the control bodies recommendations.
