OCCUPATIONAL MEDICAL SERVICE UNIT AT MEDICO LTD.


Full medical service under agreement, comprising of all obligatory activities
pursuant to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Ordinance ¹ 14 of
the Ministry of Health dated August 7, 1998 /State Gazette No.95 of 1998/


Functions and tasks of the Occupational Medical Service:

1. Assessment of workplaces and work environment, provided by
the employer. Risk assessment of workplaces.

2. Development and proposal of measures for the improvement of work
environment and elimination /reduction/ of risks to employees’ health.

3. Supervision of the staff health status related to the work done.

4. Development and maintenance of employees’ personal health
files based on:

- the evaluation of the workplace risk
- staff medical prophylactic check-ups
    4.1. Development of Personal Health File for each employee by
    MEDICO Ltd. where the medical prophylactic check-ups
    results shall be recorded
    PERSONAL HEALTH FILE

    pursuant to Article 28, Para 2 of Ordinance ¹ 14/1998
    and containing the following data:
      1. Personal data - name, surname, family name,
      Personal identity Number, permanent address;

      2. Professional anamnesis and
      professional route;

      3. Regular medical check-ups and lab tests
      results and conclusions      ;

      4. Workplace / job assessment card;

      5. Conclusion by the Occupational
      Medical Service:
            - health contraindications for performance
      of specific job;
            - fitness of employee for particular
      work/job
    4.2. Organization and carrying out of prophylactic medical check-ups
    by the relevant medical specialists in conformity with
    the workplace risk assessment results /

    - by therapeutist – ECG and blood pressure
    - by other medical specialists depending on the workplace risk assessment
    results and/or upon request by the employer – ophthalmologist,
    othorhinolaringologist, urologist, neurologist, dermatologist,
    orthopaed, obstetrician
    - lab tests (blood, urine) depending on the workplace risk assessment results

    4.3. Analyzing the health status of employees against the work environment on
    the grounds of the periodical medical prophylactic check-ups results.

    4.4. Recommendations on necessity to suspend contact with hazardous
    factors for medical reasons, if any.

    4.5. Development and maintenance of an electronic health file of company employees

    4.6. A medical doctor from the OMC participates as a member at the Labour
    Readjustment Board the Committee on Work Environment at the Company.

5. Providing training to employees in compliance with a schedule
agreed with the company management.

the control bodies recommendations.
